Our manuscript “Differential RNA editing between epithelial and mesenchymal tumors impacts mRNA abundance in immune response pathways” is now on BioRxiv. This work was spearheaded by two graduate students, Tracey Chan and Ting Fu, and in collaboration with Dr. Chonghui Cheng at Baylor College of Medicine!
